WEEK 1: Bye Bye Old Beliefs
Have you ever wondered how it all got to be this way?

These were my exact thoughts before I had my burnout… At the moment it felt like my entire world was falling apart: my financial stability, my identity, my life, my health, my happiness… Until I made one choice: do whatever it takes to feel better… even if that means randomly crying at yoga. ONE CHOICE led me to yoga, to the right medical professionals, to a therapist, a support group, and well to become my own boss. There have been many ups and downs and there are many ups and downs yet to come… I know… But now, many years later I am proud to say that BURNOUT WAS THE BEST THING THAT COULD HAVE EVER HAPPENED TO ME!!! WEEK 2: Bye Bye Bad Habits
How have you been taking care of yourself?
Our beliefs shape our habits… When was the last time you didn’t spend a night watching Netflix? When was the last time you got [to] exercise? When did you last get a sound night of sleep and woke up all refreshed? Just for a second ask yourself when was the last time you felt taken care of? Maybe you only really get to rest when you are having a really bad cold? Does everything feel like a duty? Or have you been taking care of everything but yourself? I get it… some things you gotta do yourself!!! But what if you could do better at taking care of yourself and focusing on what is really your responsibility???
WEEK 3: Bye Bye Being Busy
Are you always there for everyone and feel like everything depends on you?
Our beliefs play a major role in how we see our reality and how we [develop our] habits. This session is all about observing what is there with NO judgment, NO shame, and NO guilt. Find out which areas in your life are no longer serving you and explore alternative options:
Workload: Maybe it’s time to revisit your endless TO-DO list?
Boundaries: Feel like you don’t have a say in anything?
Rewards: Have you been putting in way more than you’re receiving back?
Environment: Do you enter a room and you just feel your energy draining?
Community: Not everyone has to like you… You don’t even like everybody! Find your tribe!
Beliefs: Have you been living a life attuned to your inner values?
WEEK 4: Hello Acceptance
How can you be more loving and caring with yourself?
Now that you have done all this hard work on yourself and discovered so many new things about yourself it is time to consider accepting and loving yourself as you are… RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW! Out of that deep inner place of love and gratitude towards yourself you can maybe begin thinking about changing what you can and accepting the things you cannot change. Ask yourself what you used to like to do? And do that! Play, laugh, have fun & relax! Or just permit yourself to DO NOTHING!
WEEK 5: Hello Intuition
What is your inner voice telling you?
Once you’ve pinpointed the problem(s), see what your soul is calling you towards. What are your real needs? Who are you really when no one is looking? Sometimes change is possible. Maybe you can renegotiate your responsibilities at work? Or if the problem is social, can you let your friends and family know? It could be time to start going to doctor’s appointments regularly again… But some things you cannot change… and this sucks… However, unfortunate events often come disguised as opportunities to reinvent ourselves like going back to school, or finding a new job!
WEEK 6: Hello Boundaries
What would you like to invest your energy in?
I used to think boundaries were all about saying “NO”. Well[,] I was wrong for many, many years. Boundaries are about knowing who you are and what you want and saying “YES” to the terms and conditions of your own life. Now that you have discovered what you really crave… this session is a chance to take that first step! Would you like to spend more time with your family, discover a new hobby, take long walks in nature? Whatever it is, this is your chance to focus on your strengths and say “YES” to the good things in life!
WEEK 7: Hello Future
Where would you like to be?
You can’t change the world but you can change how you view and respond to the world around you. Let me help you make a road map of your vision for the future… What are you passionate about and how can you bring a tiny little drop of that passion into everything you do. Let’s brainstorm ideas about what place you would like to work at, how you can achieve greater autonomy in your life, what small steps to take every day to benefit your entire life from lessons in this online course!!!
