How it works:

1. You’ll need to have Zoom downloaded onto a device with a screen, either a computer, phone, or tablet.

2. Choose the class from the schedule and book yourself in. You’ll receive a link for the class after you’ve booked, save this link and join the class at least 10 minutes before the start time. We always have some time to connect and chat before and after the class.

3. When you join the meeting it’s up to you if you want to have your camera on, it’s not essential. However, for best results, it is recommended that the camera shows the entire body.

4. Make sure you’re in a quiet space with place to move around and have a stable internet connection. When you’re using your phone, I recommend wireless headphones for better sound.
